Amina has graduated from the Casablanca Hassan II University with Bachelor Degree in Law in 2001 where she obtained a Master Degree in Corporate Law. Amina has taken her certificate of Lawyer Profession (CAPA) from Casablanca Bar in 2004.
She started her career as an advisor at Llorens&Diaz de Aguilar Law Office and worked there as a Head of Legal Department after 2007. She then joined PL Consultores Law Office in 2009 as a Head of Legal Department and worked there until 2013. Amina continued her working life at DePasqual & Marzo Maroc Law Office until December 2019 where she was the Head of Legal and Litigation Department.
Amina has gained a sound experience in corporate law (drafting of minutes, approval of annual accounts, M&A and liquidations, commercial and partnership agreements), employment contracts and HR processes such as; procedures, calculations, elections’ organisation for employee’s representatives.
She advised many companies on the protection of brands, know-how, intellectual and industrial properties, national and international trademark registration and assisted in the protection of a patent negotiation.
She also worked closely with the team (and on behalf of) of a leading National Company Development Offshoring in Morocco. She has advised local and international investors in the negotiation of the clauses of purchase or supply contracts and validation of clauses. She has taken active role in public and private tender processes.
She has accompanied companies during their public procurement and has taken active role in the operation of the bond issue in terms of preparation of legal processes and provisional calendar and publications.
